I'm too busy. I don't have time for this. Do I?

If you are too busy that can mean one of two things. One, your growth has been huge and the current processes can not handle the sales volume. Two, your business is ok or failing, but you have put everything on yourself, which will significantly reduce your time to work on the business. Either way, the processes are too manual, long, or the employees are not productive to which we will be able to determine and fix. But I'm the CEO. This sounds like my job?

We are not the CEO, nor would we be looking to be. The easiest way to describe what we do is that we are Chief Strategy Officers (CSOs).
